Jonathan Miller, Senior Manager, State & Local Tax Services, RSM

Jonathan Miller is a Senior Manager in RSM’s State and Local tax practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina specializing in sales and use tax. Jon has direct responsibility for sales and use tax automation and outsourcing services. He also consults with clients on a wide range of sales and use tax issues. Jon has over 21 years of experience in state and local tax including 11 years in public accounting. Prior to joining RSM he was an audit supervisor for the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Jon has addressed various sales and use tax issues for clients in the health care, manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and retail industries.

David Wells, Manager, State & Local Tax Services, RSM

David is a Manager in RSM’s State and Local tax practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina specializing in sales and use tax. David has over 7 years of experience in public accounting providing sales and use tax consulting services to clients across various industries. His experiences include sales tax compliance outsourcing, nexus reviews, voluntary disclosure agreements, reverse audits, tax planning, due diligence, taxability studies, data manipulation and process implementation. He has managed teams through complex consulting engagements, and spoken publicly on sales tax topics at a number of events.
